Manish is the co-founder of the company. He takes care of software development and provides leadership to overall smooth functioning of all other processes in the company. He has 10 years of experience in developing the high level software applications. Manish hold an engineering degree in computer.

Rupak is the co-founder of the company and looks after business development activities. With his zeal for perfectionism and leadership he encourages all team members towards attaining results of the very best quality. He has an 8 year experience of software development and client management. He holds engineering degree in electronics & communication.

M. Berlovan is a board member of ebPearls. Co-Founder of a major Swiss web agency, he joined the company in 2006 and participated in designing the business model and a framework for quality management. He has contributed a lot to ebPearls through his vision of the Swiss quality and his passion about details and perfection.

Anjali handles human resource activities so as to ensure that our team is motivated enough to work with full gusto. She takes care of grievance management, performance management, staffing and other HR issues. She holds a MBA and B.E. Computer Engg and is a keen reader and researcher.
